The Plant Manager for the Flexible Packaging Division will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production facility that specializes in flexible packaging materials. This role involves managing a team of production staff, ensuring quality control standards are met, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of production staff to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards and implement process improvements as necessary.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure sufficient supply of raw materials.
• Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with other departments such as sales and distribution to ensure seamless production processes.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the plant.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to production output and efficiency.
