A Quantity Surveyor Engineer is responsible for managing all costs related to construction projects. They work closely with project managers to ensure that the project stays within budget and meets financial goals.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of bill of quantities
• Cost estimation and budget management
• Contract negotiation and administration
• Conducting feasibility studies
• Monitoring and controlling project costs
• Preparing cost reports and forecasts
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations and environmental standards
