Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract and retain top real estate professionals
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
• Ensure compliance with all recruiting policies and regulations
