Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
• Review and analyze job requirements to create detailed job descriptions
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews with potential candidates
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
• Maintain applicant tracking system and keep accurate records of all recruitment activities
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities

• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal requirements
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools
