Responsibilities:

• Answering telephone calls and online inquiries from customers regarding reservations
• Assisting customers in booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services
• Processing payments and issuing tickets to customers
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner
• Maintaining accurate records of reservations and customer interactions

Skill Sets:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
