Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of various engineering projects within a residential community
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and project managers
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with regulations
• Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to address any concerns or issues
