A Clinical Nurse-Medical Surgical provides high quality patient care in a medical surgical setting. They work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing patient health problems and needs
• Developing and implementing nursing care plans
• Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families
• Administering medication and treatments
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care
• Maintaining accurate patient records
