Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
• Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and prevent future occurrences
• Coordinate safety training programs for employees
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with management to establish safety goals and targets

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify and resolve safety issues proactively
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Certification in occupational health and safety is a plus
