Job Description: Sales Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team by providing administrative support, including managing schedules, handling customer inquiries, and processing sales orders.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for management.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as marketing and finance to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Maintain sales database and CRM systems to track customer information and sales activities.
  • Handle correspondence with clients and vendors to ensure timely and accurate communication.

Skill Sets:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM software is preferred.
