Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of winning bids and proposals for new business opportunities
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to create compelling and persuasive proposal content
• Manage the bid process from start to finish, including coordinating internal resources and external partners
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards
• Analyze and research market trends, competitor strategies, and potential opportunities
• Oversee the proposal submission process, including editing, formatting, and finalizing documents
• Provide guidance and support to the bid team throughout the proposal development process
• Track and report on bid outcomes and success rates
