Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee facility management operations
• Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure efficient operation of all systems
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement solutions
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance work
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
• Assist in budget planning and monitoring for facility maintenance expenses

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
