Job Description:

The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives of the organization. They collaborate with senior leadership to drive initiatives that support employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and retention. This role acts as a consultant to departments and provides expertise on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals
• Collaborate with senior leadership to implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention
• Provide guidance and expertise on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Lead talent management efforts, including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development
• Facilitate employee relations processes and resolve complex HR issues
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement

Skill Sets:

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
• Strong understanding of HR practices and trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives
• Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations
• HR certification (e.g. SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred
