Job Description: Senior HR Specialist - Payroll and Manpower Planning

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the payroll process for the organization
• Develop and implement manpower planning strategies to ensure adequate staffing levels
• Analyze workforce trends and make recommendations for optimizing resources
• Collaborate with department managers to forecast staffing needs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to payroll and manpower planning
• Provide training and support to HR team members on payroll and manpower planning processes
• Prepare payroll reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
• Implement and maintain payroll systems and databases
• Participate in HR strategy meetings and provide input on payroll and manpower planning initiatives
