Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
• Collaborate with management to develop training programs and leadership development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Handle employee benefits administration and payroll processing

Skill Sets:

• Proven experience as an HR specialist or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong organizational and planning skills
