Job Description: Senior HVAC Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement HVAC systems for commercial and residential buildings
• Lead a team of HVAC engineers and technicians to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Perform detailed calculations to determine heat load requirements and equipment sizing
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure design specifications are met
• Conduct inspections and commissioning of HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to optimize HVAC system performance

Skill Sets:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC system design and installation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent project management and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to HVAC systems
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
