This individual will lead a team of IT professionals to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of the organization's technology systems.

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the organization's IT infrastructure
• Oversee the design and implementation of network infrastructure, hardware, and software systems
• Manage the organization's data centers and server infrastructure
• Ensure the security of all IT systems and data
• Lead initiatives to improve the efficiency and reliability of the organization's IT infrastructure
• Mentor and develop IT infrastructure team members
• Collaborate with other IT teams to support the organization's technology needs
