A Senior Process Engineer is responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes, ensuring they are efficient, cost-effective, and meet quality standards. They analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead process improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in manufacturing processes
• Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Participate in new product development and scale-up activities
