We are looking for a Senior Production Engineer to lead our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of production, from planning and implementing production schedules to ensuring quality control. They will also play a key role in continuously improving our production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of products
• Implement quality control processes to maintain high product standards
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
• Lead a team of production staff and provide guidance and support
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and sales, to meet production goals
