Senior Project Engineer Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of engineering projects from initiation to completion
• Create project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate resources and ensure project milestones are met
• Provide technical guidance and support to project team members
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success
• Identify and resolve project issues in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations
• Perform risk management and mitigation activities

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in engineering project management
• Strong technical knowledge in engineering principles and practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects
• Proficiency in project management software/tools
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
