Job Title: Speech Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
• Implement therapeutic activities and techniques to help clients improve speech, language, and communication skills.
• Educate clients and their families on techniques and strategies to support communication development.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Skill Sets:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience working with a diverse population of clients with varying needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of current research and trends in the field of speech therapy.
