Job Description: Steel Structure Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction and installation of steel structures
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other team members
• Inspect work to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Train and supervise construction workers

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of steel construction techniques and materials
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience in project management and scheduling
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures

Interested candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in steel structure construction and a relevant degree in engineering or a related field.
