The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for the organization. They work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. The Talent Acquisition Officer also plays a key role in building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and with external talent sources.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates
• Source potential candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and networking events
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
• Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
