• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and make recommendations
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities
• Track and report on recruiting metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
