The Technical Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to the organization's software, hardware, and network infrastructure. They will work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and recommend solutions to improve the efficiency and reliability of the systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users for software, hardware, and networking issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and servers
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with IT team to implement software and hardware upgrades
• Create and maintain documentation of technical processes and procedures
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry

Skill Sets:

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of network protocols and security best practices
• Experience with operating systems, such as Windows and Linux
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Certifications in IT, such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), are a plus
