The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers who are experiencing issues with their software, hardware, or other technology products. They will troubleshoot problems, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and provide guidance and instructions to customers on how to properly use the technology.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical support via phone, email, or chat
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
• Installing, configuring, and updating software and hardware
• Explaining technical concepts and procedures to non-technical users
• Documenting and tracking customer issues and resolutions
• Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
• Providing feedback to the product development team on customer issues and product enhancements

• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of software, hardware, and networking
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
