Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through virtual communication channels
• Provide excellent customer service and support through phone, email, and chat
• Provide product information and assistance to customers
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

Skill Sets:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
