Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the organization, including managing calendars, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Assist with HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Handle payroll processing and benefit administration.
• Assist with employee training and development programs.
• Handle employee inquiries and escalate issues to HR management as needed.
