Administrative & Events Executive Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage logistics for events, including venue bookings, catering, and audiovisual setups
  • Provide administrative support for the events team, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and managing budgets
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure events run smoothly and meet expectations
  • Assist with marketing and promotional efforts to promote events and attract attendees
  • Handle registration and attendee inquiries before, during, and after events

Skill Sets:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in event planning and administration preferred
