The After Sales Specialist is responsible for providing support and assistance to customers after they have purchased a product or service. They are tasked with ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise post-sale. The After Sales Specialist is also responsible for maintaining customer relationships and providing ongoing support and guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, or chat
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Provide product or service information to customers as needed
• Coordinate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs
