The Assistant Manager - External Audit will be responsible for assisting the External Audit Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing all aspects of external audits for clients. This position will require close collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure compliance with regulations and financial reporting standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and performing external audits for clients in various industries
• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulations
• Communicate with clients to understand their business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Identify risks and recommend solutions to mitigate them
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to clients and management
• Supervise and mentor audit staff
• Stay updated on changes in auditing standards and regulations

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations
• Experience with audit software
• CPA or CIA certification is preferred
