The Assistant Manager-Housekeeping is responsible for assisting the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department in a hotel or similar establishment. They ensure that cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained to the highest level.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff
• Handle guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Manage inventory and supplies for the housekeeping department
• Assist in budget planning and control
