Job Description

The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the company. They assist with managing staff, creating schedules, and ensuring that customers receive excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager with overseeing staff and daily operations
  • Create and maintain employee schedules
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing training for current staff
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Assist with financial planning and budgeting
