The Associate Account Director is responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. They will work closely with the Account Director to develop and implement strategies for client retention and growth. The Associate Account Director will also be responsible for managing client budgets, project timelines, and communication between the agency and the client.

• Manage client accounts and build strong relationships

• Create project timelines and manage budgets
• Ensure client satisfaction and handle any client complaints or issues
• Communicate regularly with clients and provide updates on project progress
• Work closely with the Account Director to develop overall account strategies
