Job Description: AV AMC Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for audiovisual (AV) equipment and systems
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on AV systems
• Assist with installation and setup of new AV equipment
• Coordinate with vendors for system repairs and upgrades
• Train end users on how to properly operate AV equipment
• Maintain accurate documentation of all AV systems and configurations

Skill Sets:

• Strong knowledge of audiovisual equipment and systems
• Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving in AV environments
