We are looking for a highly motivated ERT Team Leader to join our team. The ERT Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of emergency response technicians in responding to various emergencies, such as natural disasters, accidents, and hazardous material spills. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to quickly assess situations and make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate emergency response efforts
• Assess situations and determine appropriate response actions
• Supervise and train team members
• Ensure team members follow safety protocols and procedures
• Communicate with other emergency response teams and agencies
• Maintain and update emergency response plans and procedures

• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of emergency response protocols and procedures
• Experience in emergency response or related field preferred
