Responsibilities:

• Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Preparation of financial statements and reports
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision making
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals
• Coordinate with auditors and tax professionals

Skill Sets:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• CPA certification preferred
• Previous experience in a leadership role in accounting
