Job Description:

The Onboarding Manager is responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding process for new employees. This includes coordinating orientation sessions, training programs, and overseeing the necessary paperwork and documentation. The Onboarding Manager will also work closely with various departments to ensure new employees have all the tools and resources they need to be successful in their roles.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute new employee orientation sessions
• Develop and implement training programs for new hires
• Manage the collection and processing of new hire paperwork
• Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to ensure new employees have necessary tools and resources
• Monitor and track new employee progress during the onboarding process
• Provide support and guidance to new employees as needed
