Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet annual revenue goals
• Cultivate relationships with major donors, foundations, and corporate partners
• Oversee the planning and execution of fundraising events and campaigns
• Create and manage the organization's development budget
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create donor engagement strategies
