• Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan project layout
• Estimate costs and ensure the project is completed within budgetary constraints
• Oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications
• Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
