Responsibilities:

• Estimate costs for projects based on scope of work, materials, and labor
• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for potential projects
• Analyze blueprints and other project documentation to determine project requirements
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information for estimates
• Ensure that estimates are completed within deadlines and meet quality standards
• Review and analyze project costs to ensure accuracy

• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
