• Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer relations and retention
• Analyze customer data and provide insights to improve customer experience
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align CRM strategies with business goals
• Train and support employees in using the CRM system effectively
• Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics
