• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a tactful and efficient manner, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to management as needed.
• Provide feedback to improve customer experience and service processes.
