Responsibilities:

• Analyze project specifications and blueprints to determine materials, labor, and equipment requirements
• Calculate total project costs based on labor hours, materials, and overhead expenses
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for construction projects
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
• Review project progress and adjust estimates as needed
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure cost-effective project solutions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and building materials
