Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize various events such as conferences, weddings, corporate meetings, and parties
• Coordinate event logistics including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and audiovisual equipment
• Manage budgets and ensure all expenses stay within the allocated budget
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations for the event
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all services are delivered on time and meet quality standards
• Prepare and distribute event timelines, schedules, and communication plans
• Handle event registration, ticket sales, and guest list management
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure everything runs smoothly
• Evaluate the success of the event and gather feedback for future improvement
