The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing all aspects of housekeeping operations to maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of the hotel. They lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are consistently cleaned and maintained to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Manage the housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any housekeeping-related issues
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and equipment inventory, and place orders as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
