JOB DESCRIPTION: FACILITIES MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the organization's facilities, including maintenance, security, cleanliness, and overall functionality
• Develop and implement facility policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for renovations, repairs, and other facility-related projects
• Manage budgets and expenses related to facility operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes
• Supervise a team of maintenance staff and custodial workers
• Prepare reports and assessments on the condition of facilities and recommend improvements
• Provide support for office moves, equipment installations, and other logistical needs
