Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure inclusive policies and practices are in place
• Oversee training programs to educate employees on best practices for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace
• Lead initiatives to increase representation of underrepresented groups in the workforce
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion programs
• Advocate for diversity and inclusion both internally and externally
