The Head of Operations is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the company. This includes developing and implementing strategic plans to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability. The Head of Operations will work closely with other department heads to ensure that business goals are met and processes are streamlined.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to achieve business goals
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the company
• Supervise and lead a team of Operations Managers and staff
• Ensure that processes and systems are in place to optimize operations
• Analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and profitability
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure alignment of goals and objectives
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators
• Make recommendations for improvements and implement changes as needed
