The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping staff and ensuring that all cleaning duties are carried out efficiently and effectively. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff
• Assign cleaning tasks and ensure that they are completed in a timely manner
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
• Train new staff members on cleaning procedures and standards
• Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
• Handle guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping services
