We are seeking a highly skilled HR & Admin Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both HR and administrative tasks, with a focus on supporting the overall operations of the company. This role will involve managing various HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management, as well as handling general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
  • Handle employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the company
  • Oversee employee relations and provide support for any HR-related issues that may arise
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Manage performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement
  • Handle general administrative tasks, such as managing emails, answering phones, and maintaining office supplies
  • Assist with planning and organizing company events and meetings

Skill Sets

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Previous experience in HR and administrative roles is preferred
